Funds Services Officer

SELECTRA Management Company S.A., is an independent professional ManCo that offers the creation, management and distribution of alternative investment funds (AIFs) and UCITS. With access to the entire range of Luxembourg funds, SELECTRA’s experts advise, support and take care of the establishment of dedicated AIFs and UCITS and/or the creation of new sub-funds within our four existing white labelled platforms. SELECTRA Management Company S.A is looking to hire a Funds Services Officer

The role

• • NAV control & oversight
• • Update of NAV files for AIF (PE, RE)
• • Update of NAV files for several SICAVs
• • Verify all NAVs as of PPD properly updated in the portfolio management system
• • NAV Error oversight & communication to CSSF
• • Update of AUM monthly file
• • Follow up WHT Declaration of Directors of the Funds
• • Manage day to day queries with providers and clients
• • Constantly monitor and review Action logs with providers
• • Follow up and support audits in coordination with external auditors and providers
• • Extract and review of Bank Statements for
• • Oversee and support creation and review of PRIIPS KIIDs and KIDs
• • Oversee and support creation and review of existing Factsheets
• • Prepare Board packs
• • Pre-check of TER figures
• • Download of daily reports
• • Support the onboarding activity of new clients in coordination with external providers
• • Support the Head of CRM & Fund Services in the day to day activities

Your profile

• • A University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
• •3-5 years experience ideally in a Management Company or Service Provider
• • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• • Ability to manage internal and external relationships with providers and clients
• • Ability to work with initiative and good organizational skills
• • Fluency in English and French, Italian would be considered as an asset
• • Flexible and accountable on assigned tasks

Junior Compliance Officer

With access to the entire range of Luxembourg funds, SELECTRA’s experts advise, support and take care of the establishment of dedicated AIFs and UCITS and/or the creation of new sub-funds within our four existing white labelled platforms. To strengthen our Legal & Compliance Team, we are looking to recruit the following profile: Junior Compliance Officer

Your responsibilities

As Junior Compliance Officer you will assist the Compliance Team and be responsible for a wide range of activities, including:

• You will assist and report to the Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance and MLRO by ensuring the proper implementation of applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible to manage a little team and a wide range of activities, including:
• • Answering day-today compliance issues and queries
• • Company secretary activities related to Compliance: organisation of board, management committee and shareholders’ meetings (preparation of the meetings documentation and related minutes, drafting of the circular resolutions, notices to shareholders and service providers)
• • Drafting of Compliance and regulatory reporting as per Luxembourg requirements
• • Providing assistance to staff in relation to understanding of policies, procedures and compliance issues
• • Daily screening of the client database with Black lists, International sanctions, Bad press and escalade when relevant
• • Perform risk assessment and AML/KYC review based on a sampling of files according the risk levels
• • Perform risk assessment on new business relationships and on-going on existing ones
• • Regular screening of the client database with Black lists, International sanctions, press and escalade when relevant
• • Responsible for Complaint’s handling and Data register
• • Drafting and update of the various Compliance procedures and compliance monitoring program
• • Maintain proper records of all actions taken
• • Provide internal training

Your profile

• • Degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration
• • Previous experience (2-3 years) in Legal and Compliance in Man.CO. or an AIFM in Luxembourg
• • Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg asset management and compliance legal framework, with specific focus on AML/KYC and delegation oversight
• • Analytical and detail oriented skills coupled with sound judgement and reasoning attitude
• • Proactive and client oriented
• • Able to work on multiple projects and deliver high quality within defined timelines
• • Team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• • Fluent in English both written and spoken (French and Italian is an asset)
