SELECTRA Management Company S.A., part of Farad Group (www.farad-group.com), is an independent professional ManCo that offers the creation, management and distribution of alternative investment funds (AIFs) and UCITS. With access to the entire range of Luxembourg funds, SELECTRA’s experts advise, support and take care of the establishment of dedicated AIFs and UCITS and/or the creation of new sub-funds within our four existing white labelled platforms. SELECTRA is supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and holds a representative office in Milan

The role
  • • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing customer loyalty and expanding the company market
  • • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for target
  • • Maintain the database updated
  • • Collaborating with other departments to address customers’ needs
  • • Ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
  • • Create plans to address clients’ business needs internally
  • • Advise clients on creating revenue enhancing processes, policies, and procedures
  • • Lead regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate, solve customer Issues and support prospect activity
  • • Help the business development team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • • Invest time into understanding the latest trends and rules/regulations
  • • Collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction establishing monthly and annual reports, both at client and at company-wide levels

Your profile
  • • A University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
  • • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • • Ability to work with initiative and good organizational skills
  • • Passion in Responsible & Sustainable Finance
  • • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • • Italian mother tongue, Fluency in English, French would be considered as an asset

Investment Funds Junior Legal Officer (M/F)

To strengthen our Legal & Compliance Team, we are looking to recruit the following profile:

Investment Funds Junior Legal Officer (M/F)
The role
  • • Drafting, negotiation and maintenance of legal documents (e.g. prospectuses, offering memoranda, KIIDs, instruments of incorporation, agreements, board resolutions, notices to investors, SELECTRA internal procedures and policies, SLAs)
  • • Relationship management with clients, service providers, CSSF and other relevant financial and regulatory supervisory authorities
  • • Identification and implementation of the legal and regulatory requirements and changes applicable to SELECTRA and its funds range
  • • Funds distribution: advice to clients with regard to their funds distribution and preparation of step plans, SLAs, timetables, notification letters, country supplements, notices to investors
  • • Funds regulatory reporting: performance of the maintenance activities towards EU/non-EU host regulators to maintain the marketing authorisation (e.g. filing of updated documentation, notification of corporate events)
  • • Company secretary activities: organisation of board, management committee and shareholders’ meetings (preparation of the meetings documentation and related minutes, drafting of the circular resolutions, notices to shareholders and service providers)

Your profile
  • • Law degree (master’s degree or LL.M. are assets)
  • • Previous experience (up to 4 years) in a law firm, consulting company (Big4 is an asset) or an asset management service provider, ideally in Luxembourg
  • • Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg asset management and corporate legal framework
  • • Analytical and detail oriented skills coupled with sound judgement and reasoning attitude
  • • Proactive and client oriented
  • • Stamina, able to work on multiple projects and deliver high quality within defined timelines
  • • Team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (fluency in Italian is an asset)
