Compliance Officer

SELECTRA Management Company S.A., part of Farad Group (www.farad-group.com), is an independent professional ManCo that offers the creation, management and distribution of alternative investment funds (AIFs) and UCITS. With access to the entire range of Luxembourg funds, SELECTRA’s experts advise, support and take care of the establishment of dedicated AIFs and UCITS and/or the creation of new sub-funds within our four existing white labelled platforms. SELECTRA is supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and holds a representative office in Milan. To strengthen our Legal & Compliance Team, we are looking to recruit the following profile:

Compliance Officer
The role
  • As a Compliance Officer you will assist and report to the Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance and MLRO by ensuring the proper implementation of applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible to manage a little team and a wide range of activities, including:
  • •Regulatory watch
  • •Drafting of Compliance and regulatory reporting as per Luxembourg requirements
  • •Answering day-to-day Compliance issues and queries
  • •Providing assistance to staff in relation to understanding of policies, procedures and Compliance issues
  • •Perform risk assessment on new business relationships and on-going on existing ones
  • •Perform risk assessment and AML/KYC review based on a sampling of files according the risk levels
  • •Prepare and issue Compliance advice for the Client Acceptance Committee
  • •Regular screening of the client database with Black lists, International sanctions, press and escalade when relevant
  • •Drafting and update of the various Compliance procedures and compliance monitoring program
  • •Responsible for Complaint’s handling and Data register
  • •Maintain proper records of all actions taken
  • •Provide internal training

Your profile
  • •Degree in Law or Economics or Management
  • •Previous experience (—3 - 5 years) in compliance in a management company, consulting company (Big4 is an asset) or an asset management service provider, ideally in Luxembourg
  • •Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg asset management and compliance legal framework, with specific focus on AML/KYC and delegation oversight
  • •Analytical and detail oriented skills coupled with sound judgement and reasoning attitude
  • •Proactive and client oriented
  • •Stamina, able to work on multiple projects and deliver high quality within defined timelines
  • •Team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • •Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (fluency in Italian is an asset)

Head of Fund Onboarding and CRM

Head of Fund Onboarding and CRM
The role
  • • Lead and manage a team
  • • Act with a project management approach
  • • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing customer loyalty and expanding the company market
  • • Ensure the functioning of the CRM strategies defined by the Company
  • • Interacting in a professional manner with internal and external parties
  • • Collaborating and coordinating with other departments to address customers’ needs and meet agreed deadlines
  • • Create plans to address clients’ business needs internally and act as project manager of the established plans
  • • Advise clients on creating revenues, enhancing processes, policies, and procedures as well as setting up Operating Memorandum with every new client
  • • Lead regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied and maintain the relationship
  • • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate, solve customer Issues and support prospects activity
  • • Help the business development team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • • Invest time into understanding the latest trends and rules/regulations
  • • Collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction establishing monthly and annual reports, both at client and at company-wide levels
  • • Measure KPIs relating to the Operating Memorandum and the services provided to the clients

Your profile
  • • A University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager and/or fund onboarding
  • • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • • Ability to work with initiative and good organizational skills
  • • Project Management skills
  • • Passion in Responsible & Sustainable Finance
  • • Fluency in English, Italian would be considered as an asset
