SENIOR FUND STRUCTURING OFFICER

Founded in 2001 in Luxembourg, the independent FARAD Group encompasses companies specialized in Insurance and Finance businesses. The role
  • • Follow-up and oversight of the day-to-day management of several Investment funds under management
  • • Advice and support to Promoters for the structural and strategy engineering of new vehicles and sub-funds (UCITS and AIFs)
  • • Be in charge of the drafting or the review of Prospectuses, Operating Memoranda, agreements and resolutions, specific policies and procedures
  • • Liaise with the investment advisors and managers and coordinate with service providers - Administrator, Custodian, Trustee, Auditor, Directors and Lawyers
  • • Coordination of annual audit and interim financials
  • • Investing and resolving any client queries, fund discrepancies or regulatory questions
  • • Day-to-day operational support, invoices management and issue escalation
  • Profile
    • • University degree in Law, Economy or Business Administration
    • • A good understanding and expertise of UCITS and Alternative Investment funds
    • • Previous experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Structuring (3-5 years of experience is preferred)
    • • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • • Ability to work in a team but also individually with good organizational skills
    • • Fluent in English and Italian, a good command in French is an asset
SENIOR LEGAL & COMPLIANCE OFFICER FOR INVESTMENT FUNDS

The role
  • •Preparation/review of legal documents (Agreements, Resolutions, Communications and Letters)
  • •Identification and interpretation of all legislative and regulatory requirements that apply to the Management Company/AIFM and provide appropriate advice to the Management to ensure all upstream regulatory risk is identified in a timely manner
  • •Drafting of Prospectus/Offering memorandum (negotiation/communication with the CSSF)
  • •CSSF filing and contact
  • •Legal on boarding
  • •Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, rules and professional standards
  • •Due Diligence on third parties
  • •Keep abreast of industry regulatory updates and impact assessment on Management Companies/AIFMs
  • •Ensure that internal regulatory and operational procedures, policies and standards are appropriate and are communicated in a clear and effective manner to all staff
  • •Provide Legal and corporate secretary

Your profile
  • •University Degree in law
  • •Previous experience in a legal and compliance function (4-5 years of experience in Fund Industry)
  • •Fluent in French and English (written and verbal), a good command of Italian is an asset
  • •First experience in team management
  • •Ability to work in autonomy and deliver high quality work
  • •Focused attitude to work with the ability to constantly meet deadlines while ensuring attention to details and high levels of accuracy
