The role
  • • Manage the entire invoicing process
  • • Extract and review of Bank statements
  • • Update of NAV files for several SICAVs
  • • Update of AUM monthly file
  • • Follow up WHT Declaration of Directors of the Funds
  • • Response to clients’ requests
  • • Supporting the operations team's activities
  • • Collection of Directors’ signatures
  • • Follow up payments of invoices of the Funds
  • • Extract and review of Bank Statements for Quercus SICAV
  • • Pre-check of TER figures for The Guardian SICAV and Selectra Investments SICAV
  • • Creation of monthly factsheets
  • • Follow Audit Process
  • • Verify all NAVs as of PPD properly updated in OPUS
  • • Download of daily reports
  • • Support the onboarding activity of new clients
  • • Support the management of external providers and clients
  • • Support the Head of CRM & Fund Services in the day to day activities

Your profile
  • • A University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
  • •3-5 years experience ideally in a Management Company
  • • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • • Ability to work with initiative and good organizational skills
  • • Fluency in English and French, Italian would be considered as an asset

We are looking to hire a Junior Portfolio Manager

The role

The main mission of the Junior Portfolio Manager is to participate in the stages of the Portfolio Management function, both for UCITs or AIFs which use SELECTRA Management Company as a third-party management company. Assure the effective implementation of the Portfolio Management function with regards to applicable regulations, which include:

  • • T Support the Conducting Officer in charge of portfolio manager in the structuring and implementation of a pipeline of investments, and in drafting related reporting and KPIs
  • • Structure, implement and assure a continuous oversight over a pipeline of investments, on a client-by-client basis, with the help of the Investment Advisors
  • • Coordinating with different service providers on miscellaneous fund queries and reconciliations
  • • Be in charge of the analysis and review of operating memorandums, agreements, resolutions, contracts validity, and procedures
  • • Support the Conducting Officer in ensuring that the set of procedure and policies pertaining to the Portfolio Management function are up-to-date and reviewed periodically
  • • Ensure, the communication flow with the Funds Operations team
  • • Coordinate with Investment Advisors and delegated Portfolio Managers regarding the reception of investment reports and other required documents in application of CSSF circular 18/698
  • • Implement operations in the Portfolio Trading System

Your profile

Junior Compliance Officer

To strengthen our Legal & Compliance Team, we are looking to recruit the following profile: Junior Compliance Officer

Your responsibilities

As Junior Compliance Officer you will assist the Compliance Team and be responsible for a wide range of activities, including:

  • You will assist and report to the Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance and MLRO by ensuring the proper implementation of applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible to manage a little team and a wide range of activities, including:
  • • Answering day-today compliance issues and queries
  • • Company secretary activities related to Compliance: organisation of board, management committee and shareholders’ meetings (preparation of the meetings documentation and related minutes, drafting of the circular resolutions, notices to shareholders and service providers)
  • • Drafting of Compliance and regulatory reporting as per Luxembourg requirements
  • • Providing assistance to staff in relation to understanding of policies, procedures and compliance issues
  • • Daily screening of the client database with Black lists, International sanctions, Bad press and escalade when relevant
  • • Perform risk assessment and AML/KYC review based on a sampling of files according the risk levels
  • • Perform risk assessment on new business relationships and on-going on existing ones
  • • Regular screening of the client database with Black lists, International sanctions, press and escalade when relevant
  • • Responsible for Complaint’s handling and Data register
  • • Drafting and update of the various Compliance procedures and compliance monitoring program
  • • Maintain proper records of all actions taken
  • • Provide internal training

Your profile
  • • Degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration
  • • Previous experience (2-3 years) in Legal and Compliance in Man.CO. or an AIFM in Luxembourg
  • • Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg asset management and compliance legal framework, with specific focus on AML/KYC and delegation oversight
  • • Analytical and detail oriented skills coupled with sound judgement and reasoning attitude
  • • Proactive and client oriented
  • • Able to work on multiple projects and deliver high quality within defined timelines
  • • Team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • • Fluent in English both written and spoken (French and Italian is an asset)
