SELECTRA Management Company S.A is looking to hire a Fund Service Assistant

The role
  • • Manage the entire invoicing process
  • • Extract and review of Bank statements
  • • Update of NAV files for several SICAVs
  • • Update of AUM monthly file
  • • Follow up WHT Declaration of Directors of the Funds
  • • Response to clients’ requests
  • • Supporting the operations team's activities
  • • Collection of Directors’ signatures
  • • Follow up payments of invoices of the Funds
  • • Extract and review of Bank Statements for Quercus SICAV
  • • Pre-check of TER figures for The Guardian SICAV and Selectra Investments SICAV
  • • Creation of monthly factsheets
  • • Follow Audit Process
  • • Verify all NAVs as of PPD properly updated in OPUS
  • • Download of daily reports
  • • Support the onboarding activity of new clients
  • • Support the management of external providers and clients
  • • Support the Head of CRM & Fund Services in the day to day activities

Your profile
  • • A University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
  • • A first experience ideally in a Management Company
  • • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • • Ability to work with initiative and good organizational skills
  • • Fluency in English and French, Italian would be considered as an asset
